Established at the beginning of 2009, Eden Lettings & Management has now completed a successful first year of trading in Penrith and Eden District and is well established in the local residential letting market.

We offer residential letting agency, management and advice services, drawing upon the local knowledge, expertise and experience of the personnel of the Absolute Escapes agency and the former Simpson Towler Chartered Surveyors letting practice.

We match traditional values of service and personal attention to the needs of both Owners and Applicants to modern standards, to produce cost-effective services for Landlords and Tenants, which can be tailored to your requirements.

Services and Costs

We offer an simple "Tenant Finder" only service and a "Full Management" option. There are no charges to Landlords for finding suitable Tenants and setting up a tenancy agreement. No VAT is payable on those services for which a charge is made, which gives an immediate cost saving by comparison.

PROPERTY WANTED

LANDLORDS - There is a steady demand for accommodation in our area and we have more enquiries than we can satisfy. We have a requirement for "MORE STOCK". Let us match your property with a suitable applicant! Our initial appraisals are free, we make no charge for letting a property and setting up a tenancy, so it is certainly a case of "NO LET, NO FEE". What is the risk in trying our services?
