EL&M is an independent residential letting and management agency based in Penrith and serving the surrounding area.
Administered by Shirley Thompson and Richard Towler, the business was established in 2009 but between them, the principals have over 70 years’ collective experience in the local property market.
People are the focus of what we do and are services are tailored to a client’s requirements. We are clear and open on our services and our charges as the law demands and there are no “hidden extras”.
The agency is regulated to the high standards required by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and uses The Property Ombudsman. As a member firm of the RICS, we offer the reassurance of a Clients' Money Protection Scheme.
