We have been trying to move home back up north, but finding it very difficult as its a 7 hour journey to see houses. My experience with H & H lettings has been excellent, Sarah the lettings manager is very professional, while still being very friendly & approachable, answering all questions, very patient if we asked what were probably unnecessary questions & looking to ensure that we get tenants that will fit in with what we want. While checking the house out between tenants & cutting the grass we met Justin who does viewings & he was brilliant. He is very friendly, while being on the ball at the same time, asking what we would be looking for in a tenement, so that as he showed people round he would be able to assess who were the most suitable people for us, passing that information on to Sarah & her team.
